Your life is valuable, it has meaning and impact on the world around you. Many people I work with understand this and are looking for support in optimizing their skills and abilities. Others feel more stuck, circumstances and events have created challenges in daily life. Patterns are hard to break, and our history can feel overwhelming.

A therapist can empower you to create change, to find hope and strength to move forward. I have had the opportunity and the privilege of being that therapist for many individuals over the past 17 years. I hope to offer you the same support, encouragement, and tangible tools I have offered others.

Anxiety, depression, ADHD are the resulting communications challenges these issues can create are common concerns that my clients face. I can offer support and hope for stabilization and healing. Attachment, trauma and rediscovering yourself following difficulte relationships or loss are other areas of experience.

There is no need to navigate trauma & mental illness alone - we can work together and navigate a path to hope and healing. I offer traditional mental health therapy as well as faith based therapy. My approach is holistic and systemic - what's happening in the world around us impacts us on a daily basis. I look forward to working with you!
