"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning how to dance in the rain."

- Vivian Greene -

Struggling with executive functioning? Feeling unheard or unseen? Dealing with the impacts of past traumas and hurts?

These are the common threads that I find in a lot of my clients. As a neurodivergent therapist (diagnosed with ADHD myself), my clients find comfort in my ability to understand the neuroAtypical mind, experience, and perspective. My clients seek me out to build insight and self-awareness, education and knowledge about their unique experiences (from why it is they think the way they do, to why it is they act the way they do), and ultimately lasting change for a fulfilling life.

As a therapist, I tend to lean more towards the "practical" and direct approach. I understand that sometimes it's not just about talking, and perhaps more about the "OK, but what do I do ABOUT that though?" At the same time, I make space for sitting in silence and discomfort, allowing times (and space) clients to find the answers they already have within.

Whether you’re grieving a loss, working through trauma, or simply struggling with managing what may feel like the overwhelming tasks of living the "normal" day-to-day life, I am here.

If you’re ready to begin the journey towards a more fulfilling and self-compassionate life, take that courageous first step, and call me today for a free consultation!
