Dori and her husband are adopted parents of a beautiful child from China. As mother to both her daughter and a rambunctious little pup, Dori spends the majority of her personal time outside of work parenting her (human and dog) kids.

Butterfly on Light Wall

Like many others, Dori discovered her neurodiverse identity later in life during adulthood. Dori lives with a little "extra spice" of ADHD, and brings her experience with the neurodiverse brain into her work with clients.

Your life is valuable, it has meaning and impact on the world around you.

Your life is valuable, it has meaning and impact on the world around you. Many people I work with understand this and are looking for support in optimizing their skills and abilities. Others feel more stuck, finding that circumstances and events have created challenges in their lives. Patterns are hard to break, and our history can feel overwhelming.

Anxiety, depression, ADHD and the resulting communication challenges these issues can create are common concerns that my clients face. Attachment, trauma and rediscovering yourself following difficult relationships or loss are other areas of experience.

A therapist can empower you to create change, to find hope and strength to move forward. I have had the opportunity and the privilege of being that therapist for many individuals over the past 17 years. As a clinician offering both traditional mental health therapy as well as faith-based therapy, my approach is holistic and systemic – incorporating the daily impacts of what’s happening in the world around us. I hope to offer you the same support, encouragement, and tangible tools I have offered others.

Whether you are struggling with trauma or mental illness, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help you navigate a path towards hope and healing. If you’re ready to take the next step, call me today for a free consultation. I look forward to working with you!
