"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step. ." - Martin Luther King Jr.
I work with individuals who feel stuck, whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that feel heavy, or a sense of purpose that’s become blurry. Many of my clients are high-achievers, caregivers, or people who have spent so much time taking care of others that they’ve forgotten what it feels like to care for themselves. They continue to work with me because they feel truly seen, supported, and guided; not judged. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with training in cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed care, I bring both structure and compassion to every session. My therapeutic style is collaborative and practical, we will explore your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build emotional tools you can use every day. In addition, I work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder focusing on social, coping, communication skills, and much more. You may be feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, struggling to communicate in your relationship, or battling a quiet sense of emptiness despite “doing everything right.” Together, we can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and create a path toward genuine balance and peace. Change begins with one intentional step, reaching out. If you’re ready to start your healing process and begin building the life you deserve, call me today for a free consultation.

An avid Volleyball player, Katie enjoys engaging in the sport recreationally. "It reminds me that progress takes practice, and that it's okay to 'drop the ball' sometimes, both literally and figuratively!"

Katie finds comfort and therapy in music, and she has curated playlists for every mood and moment, whether it's for motivation, reflection, or simply to feel and process her emotions through song.

Fun fact: Katie is a twin! Through this unique experience, Katie learned a lot about sharing, compromise, and how to stand out as her own person in her individual identity — lessons that have come in handy for Katie as a clinician too!
