"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."

- Martin Luther King, Jr. -

Are you trapped in anxiety that won’t quiet down? Stuck between where you are and where you want to be? Caught in cycles of miscommunication and disconnection?

From high-achievers to caregivers, many of my clients come to me feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and lost. My clients find comfort in my ability to understand the quiet exhaustion that comes from always being the one others depend on. Here, they discover a non-judgemental space where they finally feel supported, guided, and truly seen.

As a therapist trained in cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed care, I strive to bring a collaborative and practical approach balanced in structure and compassion to every session. Whether we’re exploring patterns, challenging unhelpful thoughts, or building emotional tools, I am here to help you so that you can succeed in your own way.

My background as a former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) has also informed my journey as a clinician. Now, I bring my expertise as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, helping clients strengthen coping skills, communication, and social confidence that foster self-compassion and meaningful growth.

Whether you’re overwhelmed by constant worry, struggling to communicate, or battling a quiet emptiness inside despite “doing everything right.”, I will walk with you every step of the way. Together, we can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and create a path toward genuine balance and peace.

Change begins with one intentional step: reaching out. If you’re ready to start your healing process, call me today, and let’s begin building the life you deserve.

About the Therapist

Volleyball_edited.jpg

An avid Volleyball player, Katie enjoys engaging in the sport recreationally. "It reminds me that progress takes practice, and that it's okay to 'drop the ball' sometimes, both literally and figuratively!"

Katie finds comfort and therapy in music, and she has curated playlists for every mood and moment, whether it's for motivation, reflection, or simply to feel and process her emotions through song.

Fun fact: Katie is a twin! Through this unique experience, Katie learned a lot about sharing, compromise, and how to stand out as her own person in her individual identity — lessons that have come in handy for Katie as a clinician too!
